Located seven lots back from the ocean in Diamond Point Estates, this subdivision is great for walking the dogs or riding the beach cruiser. It is a fast walk to the beach and jetties so you can enjoy some of the best surfing and fishing there is on the island. The 10,000 square foot site has lots of mature landscaping and offers privacy too. There is an outdoor shower and a large storage shed on the ground level for all of your beach gear. The full covered front porch is a great place to watch the sun wrap around from the east, and there is an additional side deck, screen porch and upper covered porch. The first level has a vaulted ceiling with wood accents and hardwood floors in the living room and den. An electric stove replaced the original wood stove in the living room. The main level den could easily be a master suite (home has a 3 bedroom septic system) with its connecting full bathroom if you add some French doors at the cased opening.
